Actor Sean Bean and others are returning to the Thrones franchise in the form of a reunion special, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.

The Seven Kingdoms' biggest stars will gather together once more in the form of a home video reunion.

The special, hosted by Conan O'Brien, will not air on HBO, however.

Instead, the reunion (which was shot in Belfast, Thrones' primary filming location) will debut as part of a complete series.

News about the reunion first surfaced in an interview between Bean and The Hollywood Reporter, in which the erstwhile Lord of Winterfell revealed, "It was for season eight, the last one. So they decided to get all the characters together for a bit for this big show in Belfast and [O'Brien] kind of hosted the evening."

Bean said,"It was good! It's funny with work, you don't really keep in touch. It's just like whenever I see old friends or even old drama school friends, it's just the same, we pick up where we left off last time."

Countless actors have come and gone along the way throughout Thrones' run. Who will appear in the reunion? It needs to getfurther confirmation.
